php_Boot produce a warning

Julien CASTETS
Hi Franco,

I just noticed that on SVN revision 3938 this line produce a warning in Boot.class.php:

$_hx_class_prefix = call_user_func($__prefix__);

That's because the prefix is null maybe because I'm not using the flag --php-prefix
Patching like this should do the trick

$_hx_class_prefix = '';
if(!is_null($__prefix__))
$_hx_class_prefix = call_user_func($__prefix__);

I found this because the output of the warning cause an header already sent error when I tried to modify them

Hope it helps
Best
Julien
