Touch and gesture events on iDevices

Dion Amago
The latest SVN version of the HSL signalling library has preliminary
support for iOS touch and gesture event listening:

         var onTouch = function (e :TouchEvent) :Void {
             trace("touched!");
         }

         var touchStart = new hsl.js.translating.JSSignaler(this,
Lib.document, JSEventType.TOUCHSTART, new TouchTranslator());
         touchStart.bind(onTouch);

This will eventually be made as device agnostic as possible (android
currently supports touches but not gestures).
